Eating Seashells by the Sea Shore

David's brother recently got married on the Jersey shore; Morgan got to experience her first airplane ride and first trip to the ocean. As you can see, she was quite enamored with all the sand. I couldn't even get her to look at me!

Camper Girl

Now that summer has finally ended (and I am finding a few minutes to post), I thought I would update you with a few photos of Morgan from our various camping trips this summer. Camping was an integral part of my childhood and is quickly becoming a tradition with our daughter. Fortunately for us, she's a natural-born camper!

And then she was one...

We've had a lot going at our house this month. Morgan started walking...everywhere. She can now say words like, "hi" and "puppy" - she can even say "au-my" although I much prefer "mommy" (but not at 3:00 in the morning).

Perhaps our biggest accomplishment is that Morgan turned one! I have lots to say about what a tremendous gift my daughter has been to my life, but everytime I try to type something meaningful I start crying and can't see the keyboard. Quite frankly, I think you'd rather see pictures of her anyway! Happy Birthday, Baby Girl!
